Which Are The Various Blogs Of Technology That Have Gained Popularity?

The Internet is a great place to find information and news, but there are some sites that specialize in tech-related topics. If you’re looking for the best technology blogs around, here are three of our favorites to get started with.

If you’re a startup or web 2.0 company, you need to be following TechCrunch. It’s owned by AOL which means it’s not really focused on “tech”. However, its coverage is still very high quality and it does have a lot of original content written about startups.

It’s worth noting that they do also cover other topics including finance, politics, and gaming. They also have an iPhone app so you can read their articles while you’re out and about.

Hacker Newsletter

This one might seem odd at first, as it doesn’t even look like a blog (that’s because it isn’t). It looks more like a newsletter where they send out a daily email update with links to all of the latest stories from around the Web.

However, this has been a great way for them to give us a heads up on what’s happening behind the scenes at companies we care about. As you can see from the image above, the site is updated every day with a new story. The stories come from news sources of various sizes, including CNN, Wired, and BusinessWeek.

You’ll find a link to subscribe at the bottom of each page. Make sure you sign up for the Hacker Newsletter if you want to stay informed about important stuff going on in your industry.

This is another great source of information related to technology. While they do write about a wide variety of different things, Gizmodo primarily focuses on gadgets. Their writers tend to take a humorous approach to everything, whether it’s something mundane or something cool.

This is known to be one of the best blogs for the tech news. A person who will have the complete detail of the blog will have the clear understanding of the facts about the technology. The person should try to achieve the goals that will provide good returns to them.

While the site is definitely geared towards readers who have an interest in gadgets, it’s a good place to start if you’re just getting into technology in general. You’ll find reviews and articles on almost anything that you could possibly imagine, including cars, computers, cell phones, and video games.

This is probably my favorite website for tech news, although I’m not sure why. I don’t think it’s the most informative site out there, nor does it have the highest number of visitors. In fact, it seems pretty obscure compared to other websites.

For example, Wired Magazine only receives roughly 25 million unique visitors per month, whereas TechCrunch gets closer to half that amount. That said, it’s a great resource for people who are interested in technology, especially if you’re looking for news specifically about mobile devices.

One thing that makes it stand out among other tech news outlets is the writing style. It’s usually fairly short and concise, making it easy to read without taking too long to get through. That being said, it’s also quite entertaining, which makes it worthwhile to keep coming back to check out new stories.

There are plenty of other interesting stories about technology out there. Here are ten more that you should explore.

Daring Fireball

This blog is run by John Gruber, who is considered one of the top bloggers covering Apple products. He writes mostly about Mac software development, but he occasionally shares his thoughts on iOS issues.

He covers a lot of different topics, from how to use the latest version of Xcode to how to troubleshoot problems when using older versions of OS X. This is a great resource for anyone who needs help with any aspect of working with Apple software.

This website is dedicated to providing helpful tips, tricks, and advice for people who love technology. Most of the posts are written by experts in their respective fields, and it’s well worth reading them to learn about useful ideas from other people in the industry.

In addition to the article archives, they also provide a list of “lifehacks” that will help you improve your life in general. These include things like cleaning your house better, saving money, and finding free entertainment.

This website was originally started by Apple employees. Since then it has grown into one of the biggest destinations for Apple fans. Nowadays, TUAW is run by a staff of full time contributors, and it covers all aspects of Apple products, including software, hardware, and services.

Each writer has a distinct voice and style, which adds a lot of personality to the site. There are frequent giveaways and contests, which makes it fun to visit regularly. You can also follow along with Twitter updates that are sent out throughout the week.

This site is run by a team of “gear geeks”, and they do an excellent job of reviewing and analyzing all types of consumer electronics products. The site is designed for both consumers and professionals, so it offers a lot of valuable insight into gadgets and technologies that aren’t covered anywhere else.

They also review products from a variety of brands, ranging from Sony to Microsoft. One of the coolest features on the site is their “Ask SlashGear” section where users can submit questions for the team to answer.

Engadget is a popular gadget blog that’s been around since 2006. It specializes in covering information about smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronic devices.

In addition to providing news and reviews about these items, Engadget focuses on the user interface design of the devices. You may have seen some of their work on the iPhone 4S, but you can also find articles about the Zune HD, Samsung Galaxy S II, HTC One X, and the iPad 3.

They also offer a weekly podcast called The Vergecast that discusses current trends in the world of technology. It’s available on iTunes.

This blog is all about computer hardware and software. It’s not exactly a tech news outlet, but instead focuses on providing readers with expert opinions on specific topics.

For example, the BGR team recently wrote an article that described the top 10 best laptops of 2012. Each laptop was evaluated based on a number of criteria, such as price range, screen size, processor speed, and battery life.

They also offer a monthly column about the best Android apps of the month. This is a great way to find out what’s new and exciting in the Android app store.

Ars Technica

This is a great website for those who want to learn more about technology in general. Ars Technica has been around since 1992, and it provides in-depth reporting on all kinds of subjects.

From computer science to economics, politics to medicine, you can expect to find a post on the site that interests you. It’s often written by professional journalists, but you’ll sometimes see guest authors contributing pieces as well.

The site is also home to a podcast called Backchannel, which focuses on the intersection between technology and culture. Check it out if you enjoy hearing about how technology affects our society.

This site is dedicated to helping people become more productive with technology. It’s not about the latest gadgets but rather how to make the most of devices that you already own.

In addition to offering a number of guides and tutorials, MakeUseOf also publishes a weekly newsletter called GetUseful. The newsletter is filled with helpful articles covering everything from productivity tools to how to deal with difficult coworkers.

This is another great source of tech news, but it’s focused on software developers. It’s run by TidBITS Team Publishing, which is an independent publisher that works closely with Apple Inc. to deliver the most accurate and timely software news available.

Although they do focus on Mac software, they also write about Windows and Linux applications. Many of the articles are written by Apple employees, but you’ll also find contributions from other developers.

If you’re a programmer, developer, designer, researcher, or someone who loves technology in general, you should definitely bookmark TidBITS.
